Khelil: OPEC to meet in Cairo this month

OPEC member countries will meet in Cairo November 29th to discuss the decline in oil prices, Algerian Energy Minister and OPEC chief Chakib Khelil said Thursday (November 13th) on Algerian radio. Khelil added that "the organisation has to cut production if the market keeps falling". The meeting will help OPEC plan for the December 17th OPEC summit in Oran, APS reported.
