Algerian police train to counter cyber-crime

Algerian judicial police will undergo specialised training to combat cyber-crimes in Algeria and abroad, Echorouk reported on Thursday (October 9th). National police chief Ali Tounsi said the training will be carried out with the collaboration of Interpol. He also called for co-operation with internet providers, since al-Qaeda Organisation in the Islamic Maghreb is using the internet to promote crimes and recruit young people in Algeria.
