France tries 9 on terror charges, including alleged Algerian ringleader

The trial of nine suspected terrorists accused of plotting bombings in the Paris metro, Orly airport and against the French Intelligence Agency (DST) began in France El Khabar reported on Wednesday (October 8th). The group, allegedly led by Algerian terror suspect Safi Bouraada, was dismantled as a result of co-operation between French and Algerian security services. The suspects include two French women who reportedly embraced Islam and were sent by Bouraada to get training on the use of explosives in Lebanon, El Khabar added,
