Algiers cultural projects gets boost from 2009 budget

Algeria's 2009 budget allocates nearly 15 billion dinars to the culture sector, Echorouk reported on Monday (October 6th). The budget will fund major pending projects in Algiers, such as the Arab-Latin America library, the Arab Centre of Archaeology, the Algiers Opera and the Great Exhibition Hall.
