Algerian human rights group to evaluate prison system

Algeria's advisory commission for human rights (CNDDH) will submit a report on living conditions in 15 Algerian prisons to President Abdelaziz Bouteflika and the justice minister soon, El Khabar reported on Tuesday (October 7th). The panel of legislators, experts and physicians will evaluate prisons on their respect of laws and international conventions ratified by Algeria, Penitentiary Administration Director Mokhtar Felioun said.
