Rice to make first visit to Algeria

US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will visit Algeria for the first time on Saturday (September 6th) to discuss bilateral relations and international issues such as Western Sahara and terrorism, Liberté reported. Her tour will also include Morocco, Tunisia and Libya.

“Rice’s Tour” She is afraid of the Russians. Algeria is going to place itself under the protection of either the Americans or the Russians so long as the French are banned for their crimes and their having treated the Algerians like slaves.
