Spain finances water project for Mauritanian town

Spain has offered 9m euros to finance a project aimed at supplying drinking water to the Mauritanian town of Maghta Lahjar, 360 km east of Nouakchott, APA and AMI reported on Saturday (July 26th). The agencies quoted Mauritanian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Co-operation Ould Abdallahi Ben Hmeyda as saying that the grant was offered during President Sidi Mohamed Ould Cheikh Abdellahi's visit to Spain last week.
