Algeria unveils national ICT initiative

Algerian Minister of Post, Information Technology and Communication Hamid Bessalah unveiled a new strategic plan for developing ICT in Algeria at a communications' symposium Wednesday (July 2nd) in Algiers. The "e-Algeria 2013" initiative will accelerate ICT use in the country and expand government applications of information technology, Bessalah said.
