Maghreb al-Qaeda branch claims recent attacks in Algeria

In an internet statement posted on Saturday (June 14th) al-Qaeda Organisation in the Islamic Maghreb claimed responsibility for last week's Algerian train station bombing which killed a French engineer and his driver, the June 4th Bordj El Kiffan café bombing and suicide attack on a military barracks, and a roadside bombing June 5th in Boumerdès which killed 6 soldiers. The statement said suicide bomber Ibrahim Al Ad’ham had been active in terror networks since the early 1990's, El Khabar reported.
