Moroccan court bans two political parties

2008-04-18

The constitutions of the Amazigh Democratic Party (PDAM) and the Umma Party are null and void, the administrative court in Rabat announced on Thursday (April 17th). PDAM was considered illegal based on a law stating that a party cannot be based on religious, ethnic or linguistic grounds. The court said the Islamist Umma party was banned because it failed to file administrative procedures for its constitution. One of Umma's founders, Mohamed El Merouani, is a defendant in the Beliraj terror cell case.

That's the best initiative the administrative court in Rbat has ever executed these days. I would suggest that all other political parties with no exception should be banned in the same way.We have to keep only the Official Liberal Party ( the King's )on the scene.Since King Med VI has prooved to be the best political leader on the arena , the political matches of Democracy remain all the time null and void. The government Primer, goal keeper knows the truth, doesn't he?
