Tangier Renault-Nissan plant to open in February

2008-01-21

Morocco and the Renault-Nissan Alliance signed final agreements on Friday (January 18th) for a new low-cost car manufacturing plant in the northern city of Tangier. The 600m euro project plans to produce 200,000 cars by 2010. The plant could later raise its capacity to 400,000 cars per year.

With an expected 6,000 direct jobs and 30,000 indirect jobs, the plant would become one of the biggest in the Mediterranean region. The Moroccan government hopes the project will further stimulate the northern region's high-value added equipment-oriented industry.

Hello- It is a good idea to make a website like this. We young people need these websites in order to get work and to discuss among ourselves the subjects that bring us joy should we find work. Maybe I am exaggerating, but it is the truth. I think that this is not the case (or, at least, this is not the place to make this comment) where I should post this or give my opinion about the website. With regards to the lack of job offers in the industrial sector, I have tried several times to find work that corresponds to my diploma, but I have never had any luck. So, I would like to take advantage of the opening of the Renault-Nissan market to take part in this and ask for work in this company. I have a degree as a mechanical engineer and I have four years experience in a sugar factory. I await your favourable response. -Sincerely

Hello- My idea is to make a website like this own. We young people need these websites in order to find work and, if we find work, to discuss amongst ourselves the things that bring us joy. Maybe I am exaggerating, but it is the truth. (I know that this is not the right place to post a comment where I give my opinion on this website.) Regarding the industrial sectors, many times now I have tried to find work that matched my degree, but I have never had any luck. So, I would like to take advantage of the opening of the Renault-Nissan market here in order to ask for work in and participate in this company. I will have you know that I have a technical degree as a mechanic and four years of experience in a sugar refinery. I await your favourable response. -Sincerely
