French police arrest two men for links to al-Qaeda

French authorities charged an Algerian and a French man Saturday (December 22nd) in connection with the deadly bombing attacks on the UN building and a government facility in Algiers earlier this month. The two unnamed suspects were charged with "criminal association in connection with a terrorist enterprise" for providing computers and other electronic equipment to Al-Qaeda Organisation in the Islamic Maghreb, AP reported. While the group claimed responsibility for the two suicide bombings December 11th, officials noted that there is no evidence showing the two men were directly involved. The Algerian and French suspects, both in their 30's, were among were among five people arrested on Tuesday in the Paris area and near the Normandy city of Rouen. Three were questioned and released earlier.

By God Algeria is good they should just leave us alone. Our president, thanks to God, is doing his task and with the will of God Algeria will come out of this crisis by our cooperation with each other. I hope that the president will tighten some security measures namely from secret security officers to eliminate these killers.
