Morocco's prime minister-designate, Abbas El Fassi, said on Monday (September 24th) that the new government would be formed before Parliament's opening session, scheduled for October 12th. El Fassi added that he had "good impressions" from last week's consultations with leaders of the outgoing ruling coalition. El Fassi will next meet the leaders of the three parties that were not part of the previous coalition – the Justice and Development Party (PJD), the Constitutional Union (UC) and the Unified Socialist Party (PGSU). El Fassi's party, Istiqlal, won 52 of Parliament's 325 seats while the PJD came in second with 46 seats.

God grant you success

We are a nation living under the yoke of a smart and experienced regime mastering the game of maintaining the status quo. We'll remain like this until God recovers the Earth and everything on it unless we don't begin by changing ourselves to what we expect of the rulers (fairness, impartiality, seriousness and devotion in our work, abnegation, a living conscience...) If everyone of us starts with changing himself to the better and becomes fair with himself and his social environment, we can then achieve the best and most sublime on the highest levels. God assist us.

No justice, no peace, I don't know what the solution is. We are a nation living under the yoke of a smart and experienced regime mastering the game of maintaining the status quo.
