2007-06-08
A new higher learning technology institute will open in Algeria next year with French support, to meet the country's specialised education needs, La Nouvelle Republique quoted Professor Benali Benzaghou, co-president of the Algerian-French High University and Research Council, as saying earlier this week. Modelled after French higher education institutions, the new institute will train professionals in the sectors of transport, agriculture and food. (La Nouvelle Republique)
