AFCNDH congress in Rabat focuses on respect of cultural diversity

The second congress of the Francophone Association of National Human Rights Institutions (AFCNDH) began in Rabat on Sunday (February 4th). The event -- which drew representatives from 20 countries -- is focusing on cultural diversities and cultural rights promotion. According to Morocco's Human Rights Advisory Council President Driss Benzekri, all AFCNDH member states supported the efforts, "which should make these rights effective". (Le Matin)
