Tunisian president meets with ISESCO director-general

Tunisian President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali met with Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) Director-General Abdulaziz Othman Altwaijri on Thursday (January 25th). Talks focused on the organization of an international conference on the "Intellectual Roots of Terrorism: Concepts, Dimensions and Counteraction Mechanisms" that is scheduled for next November in Tunis. Co-operation between ISESCO and the Tunisian government, ISESCO's activities under the 2004-2006 three-year Action Plan and projects scheduled under the 2007-2009 Action Plan were also discussed.
