ISESCO General Conference Opens in Tunisia

The 17th session of the of the General Conference of the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization opened Friday (17 December) in Tunisia with the participation of Arab education ministers. Conference participants discussed the organization's programmes and budget for 2005-2006 as well as scientific and cultural issues. The discussed projects aim to increase Arab co-operation in the fields of education, expertise exchanges and developing stronger curriculum. (Al Chourouk)
