Algerian Student Wins in Germany

Mohamed Seghir Said, a 23-year-old student of Maths at Mouloud Mammeri University, Tizi-Ouzou, announced on Wednesday (24 November) that he won a prize at the Arithmetic World Cup held on 30 October in Annaberg Buchholz, Germany. Said came in second among 17 international contestants, in the competition organised by Rekordklub Saxonia. (APS)
