Swiss Firm to Supply Payphone Solutions for Algeria

Algerian telecommunication company Mobilink recently signed a contract with Swiss firm Ascom to supply 20,000 payphones and a management system for Algeria. Furthermore, Ascom Multimedia and Pay Systems will train Mobilink employees to maintain the new comprehensive systems. The first payphones will be delivered in July 2005, with the entire order being completed within two years. (albawaba.com)
