Tunisia Pioneers Generic Drugs to Africa

Tunisian pharmaceutical executives recently launched a drug export campaign in Africa to promote their products. Trade in generic pharmaceuticals is rare between developing countries. Tunisia currently produces some seven million pharmaceutical supplies annually and supplies 90 per cent of its own needs. Tunisia hopes to become a leading drug exporter to Africa by offering quality low cost products. (albawaba.com)
