New Tender for SMS Platform in Tunisia
2004-11-18
Tunisia Télécom recently launched a tender process for supplying, building and operating an SMS platform. The deadline for bids is 30 November. The system is looking for a minimum capacity of 300,000 SMS/hour. Alcatel Tunisia recently installed a similar system in the El Ghazala technology park. Many analysts believe Tunisia's technology sector is about to experience a major boost in capacity that will benefit consumers. (menareport.com)
