Patch International Inc. and First Petroleum Inc. executives will hold meetings with government officials in Algeria and Libya next week to discuss joint-venture participation in oil and gas projects. Senior energy officials seeking foreign participation in the oil and gas sectors invited Patch and First Petroleum. The first major meeting will be in Algeria with Sonatrach, the state-owned oil and gas company. It will focus on opportunities ranging from exploration projects to refinery expansion and upgrading.
