Swiss Holcim Invests in new Moroccan Cement Plant

Switzerland-based Holcim Ltd, one of the largest cement makers in the world, announced plans Tuesday (9 November) to invest some 200m euros to build a cement plant south of Casablanca. The plant will have an annual capacity of 1.7m tonnes, and is scheduled to come on line in 2008. (AFX News)

Salam to the Umma of the prophet (peace and prayer of God be upon him). A noble act to build factories so that everyone benefits from that if it is controlled by new officials.
