Petroceltic Begins Drilling in Tunisia

Ireland-based Petroceltic International PLC announced on Monday (8 November) the launch of drilling operations at the Sidi Toui 3 well in the Ksar Hadada PSC contract area in southern Tunisia. The primary objective of the well is to establish the presence of hydrocarbons in the Ordovician to Cambrian Hamra Quartzite formation near the structural crest of the Sidi Toui structure. Petroceltic said drilling, casing, testing, and logging will take approximately four weeks. (AFX News)
