Trust Funds Discussed in Tunis

Resource mobilisation and trust fund administration were among the key issues that dominated a meeting of multilateral development bank managers held on 28 October - 29 October in Tunis. The 5th roundtable of the Trust Fund Managers and Portfolio Administrators hosted by the African Development Bank Group (AFDB) was attended by representatives of the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the EBRD, the IFC, the Asian Development Bank (ADB), and the European Investment Bank (EIB).
Participants also discussed co-financing operations and aid co-ordination, the management of multi-donor/thematic trust funds, the impact and effectiveness of trust funds and co-ordination of donor activities. (menareport.com)
