Millions of Euros Approved for Moroccan Investments

The office of Prime Minister Driss Jettou announced on Wednesday (27 October) that the Moroccan Investment Commission has approved 13 investment projects worth 270m euro that are likely to create 3,171 jobs. The projects will focus on the textile, leather and automobile parts manufacturing sectors and be located in Casablanca, Tangier, Temara, Bouznika, Fez, Berrechid, and Mohammedia. Eight of the 13 projects are backed by local investors, three by foreign investors and two will be joint concerns between Moroccan and foreign investors. (Attajdid, MAP)
