2005 Moroccan Finance law Would Create 7,000 Jobs
2004-10-27
A finance bill for 2005, submitted to Morocco's House of Representatives, would create 7,000 jobs, including 3,700 in education, -- 200 in higher education, executive training and scientific research. The health department will be allocated 1,300 jobs and the interior ministry 1,200 jobs. The bill foresees 3 per cent growth in GDP, a 2 per cent growth in inflation and a budget deficit of 3.2 per cent, based mainly on an oil price of $35 per barrel and cereal production equal to the average for the last three years.
