Morocco and the World Bank will set a new strategy of co-operation covering the period 2005-2009. According to official sources, Rabat and the Bank are preparing a revision of their current partnership, which is part of the Country Assistance Strategy (CAS) for Morocco. The CAS is the main tool used by the Bank for strategic choices in terms of development programmes and the allocation of resources for partner countries. The Bank says the new strategy should be finalised before May 2005. (Le Matin)
