Prince Moulay Rachid of Morocco arrived in Amsterdam on Wednesday (15 December) to join Prince Willem Alexander of the Netherlands in inaugurating "Pavillon Maroc." The two-day exhibition is part of cultural activities to celebrate 400 years of relations between the two nations. An agreement recently signed in Rabat between representatives of the Dutch Nieuwe Kerk Institute and the Moroccan Ministry of Culture calls for Morocco to lend 300 ethnographic works and historic manuscripts for the Amsterdam exhibition.
