The Moroccan Organisation for Family Equity, in collaboration with the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation, are scheduled to meet Thursday (25 November) in Rabat at a national seminar called "Young Moroccans and Their Resistance to Marriage".

A recent census on the views of young Moroccan men towards marriage will be one of the seminar's focuses. According to the census, young Moroccans are marrying later in life because of difficult economic circumstances and a poor understanding of the new family code. Many young Moroccan men believe the new family code gives women advantages over men. (Le Matin)
