Films from Africa, Asia and Latin America will be shown at the 26th annual Three Continents Film Festival held from 23 November - 30 November in Nantes, France. "Tarfaya" by Moroccan Daoud Aoulad Syad will be among the films screened. Launched in 1979, the festival showcases about 20 films both as part of a competition and a thematic series. According to organisers, the festival offers a real forum for discussion and allows film enthusiasts to enjoy a number of otherwise marginal releases. (albawaba.com)
