Moroccan singer Samira Said announced she has a surprise for her fans -- a song in memory of Tunisian singer Dikra, who died tragically last year in Cairo. In an interview published Friday (19 November) in Al Chourouk, Said stressed that despite competition from new singers throughout the Arab world, she believes her upcoming album will be a success. The great cindrella has much talent since she was a child. I learn her songs, all, by heart. Samira I'll never let you down, never, never, never.

Hello Samira, My name is Ali. I am from Casablanca, Morocco. I have loved your music since 1979. I make beautiful music myself; it is on my website. If you like these songs, I can offer you a composition in February 2008. Okay, you will be able find it when I send you the web address. You can get your song there. Have a Happy New Year 2008!

Hi Samira, I'm from India. Albeit, I do not understand the wordings of your songs on linguistic grounds yet I feel the emotions you put so nicely in your songs... There is just one Samira under the sun..and that is just YOU..your song [Taiyabb maieeyeiki..] is simply the best.. Keep rocking like this today and tomorrow... An unknown fan of your devine voice...--Vijay Swami

Samira you're the nicest singer in the Arab world.
laila Posted 2008-12-09
It is shame Samira: you were a one-of-a-kind singer in the 1980s and you were even up there with Warda, Najat Saghira, Mayada El Hanawi and their likes, but I do not know what has happened to you now. It seems like you are a debutante. Your songs are commercial, especially with your music videos, which give the impression that you are a child seeking recognition. Such a shame, Samira.

In the song of Samira Said “I am sorry, I wronged you, I was thinking” Can anyone tell me in which tape is it or how I can get it as I don’t find it anywhere?
كريم مغربي Posted 2009-01-02
Mr Abodou the song “Sorry, I wronged you. I thought I loved you”. Isn’t by Samira Said. It is the song of Laila Ghofrane. Therefore, if you check in all the albums of Samira Said, you won’t find it because it is not her song. Samira Said is very sensitive singer.

Thank you very much Mr Karim, hahaha, I haven’t paid attention to this. The first time I listened to it, it was in the car with people. I didn’t pay attention. It is a nice song and her voice was akin to Samira Said the diva. Anyway, thank you very much.

I like Samira so much. I wish her success in her career, God willing. She is very sensitive and loves her audience. If you hear me Samira, write to my site. I am Moroccan like you.
