Arab and Western Celebrities Invited to Marrakech Cinema Festival

The fourth international Marrakech Cinema Festival mailed 40 invitations to international film stars for the 6 December - 12 December event. Arab stars Hussein Fahmi, Mahmoud Hamida, Laila Elwi, Yusra, Nelly and Lubliba as well as Western stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Sharon Stone and Salma Hayek will receive invitations.
This year's festival will honour Egyptian director Yousef Shaheen, Sir Sean Connery and Claudia Cardinale by screening their films. The film "I Love the Cinema" starring Egyptian actress Laila Elwi was recently selected to enter the competition. (albawaba.com)
