An exhibition called 'Tunisia, the Green Country' has opened at the International Centre for Environmental Technologies in Tunis, as part of a series of cultural events marking President Ben Ali's re-election.
Opened by Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Water Resources Habib Haddad, the exhibition celebrates Tunisia's implementation of environment-friendly technologies to improve public awareness. Haddad emphasised that the government seeks to educate youth about the environment to their improve quality of life. (albawaba.com)
