Algerian Films to Participate in "Medfilm 2004"

Four Algerian films will compete in the 10th annual Mediterranean film festival "Medfilm 2004", which opens on 8 November in Rome. In the festival's historical category, "Le vent des Aurès" by Mohamed Lakhdar Hamina will be screened separately from the other entries. Featuring 200 films from 40 countries, the festival will be a showcase for Algerian cinema. (El Moudjahid)
