KAC Kenitra sprang a major surprise in the ninth round of the Moroccan Football Premier League last Sunday, defeating guests Raja Casablanca 1-0 in a magnificent match. The two teams' caution kept the first half slow, with few scoring attempts. The pace of play picked up after the half, but the match stayed scoreless until the 84th minute. That is when KAC Kenitra's captain Rachid Bourowas shot a ball which hit the head of a Raja Casablanca defender and deflected into the net of goalkeeper Khaled Fouhami.

Also on December 2nd, Hassania Agadir scored their third straight win, defeating visitors Mouloudia Oujda 1-0. After receiving the ball from a corner kick in the 18th minute, Mohammed Raabouni managed to score the match's single goal.

Both Wydad Casablanca and guests Maghreb Tetouan played poorly to a scoreless tie the same day. Thanks to a penalty from the Moroccan Football Association for riots during the Raja Casablanca match October 22nd, Wydad Casablanca had few fans in attendance.

The most important match of the round was the encounter between FAR Rabat, who won the Throne Cup last week, and guests Ittihad Khemisset. Despite strong performances from both sides, the match had only one goal. It was scored in the 91st minute by a header off a corner kick from FAR Rabat's Jawad Akadar. The win means FAR Rabat maintain their position on top of the league rankings.

I saw the match and this came as no surprise. KAC was playing at home and, moreover, Raja has had difficulties this year in the championships. Given these two points, the match was no surprise.

IT`S NOT SURPRISE YOU DON`T KNOW THE KAC

The author of the article about the game between Kenitra Club and Raja understands nothing in football. Moreover, he has weak structures which lack sport sentences. This is not meant to insult the author, but the truth should be said- hoping to be thanked in future. For honestly, there is no way to talk about a surprise, you just have to see again the game, and even without watching it again, if you were just following the teams and knew the changes at the beginning of the football season you wouldn’t have talked about a surprise. I think that this writer is a freeloader of the journalist work.

The Kenitra club preformed well in its game against Raja but not as good with Al Massira because the refree dismissed a player.

Kac forever forever whether winner or loser, we are only concerned about the fans, history and stars who wrote their names in history. I wish them success. Long live KAC

I’m Driss from Khouribga. I sincerely apologize to the Kenitra fans and namely the young man whom I insulted because he described us as ‘Aroubia’. In fact, our Khouribga fans shown a baseness in offending their guests from Casablanca, Rabat and Kenitra. I say to the young man I insulted, I’m sorry for what I said. Please comfort me via my email very soon. I swear to God that my second favourite team is KAC.

We’re proud of our team in spite of the five defeats in recent matches and draw to Al Fath. we hope that officials won't spare efforts to encourage this team and bring good players in the forward line. KAC forever great to death. I thank the fans of Kenitra who support the team despite the negative results. And hope to see good results with the will of God. Thank you.

I salute the KAC club and its faithful fans, helala boys, the best ultra in Morocco. I respect all national teams. I wish them good luck. (When will Morocco play against Ethiopia?)

salah Posted 2008-08-11

The club of Kenitra called helala did something great this year. We ask the fans of the city of Kenitra to attend intensively because the KAC needs support. On behalf of the fans of KAC. Congratulations to the FAR.
