Moroccan coach calls players for CAN qualifier against Zimbabwe

Moroccan national coach Mohammed Fakhir said Wednesday (March 14th) that he has decided to include midfielders Adil Ramzi and Gharib Amzine in the 21-man squad for the African Nations Cup qualifier against Zimbabwe. Amzine, who plays for French team Troyes, returns to the squad after a five-year absence, while Holland-based Ramzi has not been tapped since 2003. The qualifier match will be held on March 25th in Harare.

Also Wednesday, Tunisia's national selector Roger Lemerre announced the line-up for the CAN qualifier versus Seychelles, scheduled for March 24th in Victoria. Lemerre has called 22 players, including 13 current team members. (BBC, Reuters, TAP, La Presse)
