Tunisian Sélima Sfar won the $75,000 women's International Tennis Tournament of Jounieh, Lebanon, by defeating Anastasia Yakimova of Belarus in straight sets in the final. The victory represents the most prestigious tournament she has won in her career. (Le Temps)
