Tunisian Namouchi to Play for Home Country

The Tunisian Football Federation announced that Hamed Namouchi recently agreed to play for his home country despite having the option to represent France. The Scottish Rangers midfielder will be called up by the Carthage Eagles for their friendly game in Turkey in February. The 20-year-old Namouchi joined the Rangers in September 2003 from his hometown club Cannes despite strong interest from England's Chelsea team. (La Presse)
