Algeria and Mexico finalised draft agreements on judicial assistance in criminal matters and extradition, El Moudjahid quoted the Ministry of Justice as saying in a statement at the conclusion of a 2-day bi-partisan meeting Tuesday (November 25th) in Algiers.
