Morocco's National Electricity Office (ONE) and Finnish company Wartsila signed a contract to increase production capacity at the Central Gas Turbine in Dakhla by 16.5 mega watts, MAP reported on Tuesday (September 2nd). The project is part of the emergency plan launched by ONE in 2006 to cope with Morocco's growing electricity demand.
