In the first half of the week, Algerian security forces have arrested three men suspected of involvement in the suicide bombings which rocked Algiers on April 11th, claiming 33 lives, Ech Chourouk reported on Wednesday (April 25th). The three suspects are from Chilalet El Adhaoura, 100 kilometres south of Algiers. The region, in particular Medea and Msila provinces, is believed to be a major hideout for al-Qaeda Organisation in the Islamic Maghreb groups. Reportedly, one of suspects arrested in Msila revealed that the three of them had been in touch with Merouane Boudina, who blew himself up in the attack on the government palace.
