Algeria, Britain sign MoU in aerospace field

Lord David Sainsbury, British minister for science and innovation and Dr Azzedine Oussedik, the director-general of the Algerian Space Agency (ASA) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) and co-operation in the aerospace field between the British National Space Centre and the ASA. The memorandum was signed on the sidelines of the 45th Farnborough International Air Show.

The agreement outlines the framework of co-operation in the field and aims at facilitating the exchange of information and technology, including implementation of joint projects. Sainsbury says it opens up the possibility of further collaboration between the two countries without limits. (El Moudjahid)
