A four-day open vocational training competition opened on Tuesday (24 May) in Casablanca. The 164 young contestants are demonstrating their knowledge in 15 disciplines -- including mechanics, electricity, urban planning, construction, data processing, textiles, agriculture, and hotel management.
Organized annually by the State Secretariat of Vocational Training and the Office of Vocational Training and Labour Promotion, the event aims to develop a competitive spirit in the direction of innovation and support co-ordination between the private and public sectors. (L'Economiste, Menara)
